The size of audience is less relevant than the target audience who have the money to buy a Cardio-Cor .
A crude example would be having the same ad in People Magazine where 5 million people would read the ad but no-one has the money to buy , as opposed to an exampled target audience where even 10,000 readers comprised of Doctors who treat geriatric patients and readers from the Kennedy Space Center and related government personnel could have ten or twenty potential purchasers of Cardio-Cor .
