As per the last 2 AF's, CLBE has not been diluting.

Last dilution was last year, and CLBE was above 0.002-0.003.

Huge news expected after May 10th.

Don't seem to be diluting, LOL,... upticks with $50 bucks, LOL !

They approved an R/S and an A/S +50% increase, and that might have been holding the dog from running loose.

My take is we get a multibagger before May 10th, and then will come some volume on a huge pump PR campaign.
