The Friendly Money Making Board

I want to point out that I was out of town for a while and did not read the board. I know I did not answer all posts addressed to me and I am too lazy or busy to do it now. My friend Warren said it is still too early to speculate in real estate but the bank had a change in tone yesterday. They wanted my girl to give them a detailed list of all repairs needed on the house to submit to the underwriter. I think they are going to close at my last offer. I would not buy yet if I was not going to live in the house. But since I pay rent I might just as well make a mortgage payment.
