Retraction and restatement. I have just been made aware of a possible change in the TC deal. This might not be a reverse merger after all. In reading closely the PR it possibly could be an asset purchase of TC possibly using stock. This changes the way the shareholders are informed and or involved. This is contrary to the initial PR. I apologize for any confusion I might have caused. At this point until a specific plan is detailed it would all be speculation. However what I stated previously and who stated it to me was correct as of my phone conversations of last week.
