Who has the fire power to keep this thing low? DB, whom else? Perhaps IA if they are under the 5% threshold that seems to not matter anyway. So the stock tries to rally and then instantly gets slammed back to reality. Not surprising and yet so discouraging. Bottom line is this stock is not going to do anything until the players say so. In the meantime they will wait.
