Well, outsiders can wait until it's spelled out in black and white before getting in but they will pay for it. That's their perogative. Just look at this morning. A few people who very probably post on this board bought on the news and it went right to .025 on just a few hundred thousand shares. Of course after they were done ass...I mean ask whacking (LOL) the MM's let it fall back on minimal profit taking. So....it is just a matter of time before it's too late to get in early, IMO.
And...the ask is still at .02 now. Imagine if someone wanted a million shares right now. I would guess the .025 would be depleted or gone.
