The reason this stock is so low has nothing to do with the spam. You are being misdirected by a side effect.

This stock has been dropping daily since LOTT came on board.

SPAM cannot cause a company to not file its 10k on time, to not have enought money to file its 10k, to not communicate to its shareholders. Let blame fall where its due.
