StC - This is a little late response but I've been traveling...

ABSOUTELY I've spoken to them!!!

Devon had no interest in what would have been a 2% to 5% non-operatorship (working) interest in a development (sorry: Exploration) plan for Blk 3 when they were planning to operate the block under our umbrella; they politely bowed out...

Pioneer on the other hand...... "Got left standing at the alter while the Chinese left with the bride".... It was all about negotiating the Honey Moon...
