At the share price of .0038, the 1050,000 newly issued preferred D shares convert to 1,625,386,997 (about 1.6 billion) common shares. The preferred C shares convert to about 1.8 billion common shares. those two together add to 3.4 billion additional shares and that's without even mentioning the remaining debentures or the preferred E shares. Why worry about a few silly .01 warrants.
BTW please show where it says that .00375 is what YA needs for a break even sp, because sure I can't find that in the filings.
