Look at India now an emerging economic powerhouse with their citizens economic capabilities unleashed

Look at Eastern Europe, even Russia now emerging economic powerhouses with their citizens economic capabilities unleashed

Ego, the drive to succeed, I am sure is a big factor -- yes, I am sure they are cooperating as necessary -- so long as it enhances their living standards
