Mark this post! I have talked to Brian! Just got off the phone and he is shocked and amazed that the stock sold off on this. Utter disbelief!! Especially after the pr today which was a huge step forward for the company! He stated clearly that they are not in the business of selling stock and they will not be diluting just to dilute. Basically it came down to where they could not pass up this deal for this land and building and by throwing in around 50k cash in the deal the terms and interest rate would be Extremely favorable for the company! The 27 million shares sold were for this and this ONLY! NO ONES POCKETS WERE LINED!

He also said to expect a number of PR'S in the coming days and weeks that will show how fast this company is growing and that I would be amazed by what they are doing. I am more excited now than ever about what is happening here. Those who sold off today will be scrambling to get back in tomorrow.
