How much preffered shares are left? I am a bit lost in all these C,D,E and F preferred classes of shares.
Is there some post on this board where are the DPDW preferreds clearly explained, please?

Such conversion from prefered to common decrease EPS really fast, eg. if there was estimate of 07 cents EPS for 92 milions OS, its 0,055 EPS with 116 milions OS.


This is the only thing I dont like on DPDW, really too much common and preferred shares. They gave themselves too much shares, they should have done it with smaller number since begining - owning same % stake, but less shares.
Almost all small/middle sized companies in oil service sector have less OS then DPDW and there is a reason for it.
