imo, Expect the unexpected. I hope Larry will, for once, stand up for his shareholders and urge the new owners to retire the 173m shares. I have a bad feeling about this and I have a good feeling about this because we are seeing the making of a new company. Actually, an IPO, Initial Public Offering, through the reverse merger process.
There should be big things happening as a result of this momentus occasion. At this point, no one knows what is going on because everything is speculation -- everything. imo, Most HKBV investors are holding an empty bag. Larry knows this and new owners will realize this. The big question is this: Will the new company be a company versus shareholders or a company along with the shareholders? So, teamwork will be the issue.
Whatever happens, be prepared to accept the bad news and the good news. But, based on prior performance of HKBV, shareholers will get the short-end of the stick because he may not stand up for his investors. Larry may not hold any loyalty to existing shareholders. But, I'm hoping he will because the future of the company will depend on new shareholders. If old shareholders get burned, they will tell other shareholders, which is not a good thing for the new company.
Larry may have used those 173m shares that he was suppose to retired to buy Tango Cafe. In that case, we are doomed for a long time. But, here's the good news, if we can get a good following (new investors that see potential), even those from overseas, this thing could take off like a rocket. Then second, if they announce big contracts with major restaurants, yes, in time, I still believe we could see high growth of the PPS.
Wish you well
