Emerald Capital Group has been acquired by Golden Treasures Mining and Developments (A Macao Company)

They had an interest in Tango Cafe, I don't see where they own it. Provide a link if they own it. It looks like they made an investment in tango cafe in 2006, they said they obtained interest not that they acquired them. Sounds like they invested in them not acquired them. JMO

Hridge, did you get any paper work since you own a majority of the shares? You must have paperwork by now and know more about the deal them we do. Hope you can share some info.
