All Wright is saying is we are deluded for thinking God gives us a pass on evil acts and condemns only acts made against us.

Total BS and delusional. Violence begets violence, no matter who starts it or for what reason. His message is, God doesnt like it, no matter WHO does it and dont ball like a spineless baby when you slap someone and they slap you back.
