If things are managed properly, yes. There is always a need to fill and a product or service to fill that need.

As far as a Monopoly game, one ends up the winner and gets everyone elses stuff...That's why it's called Monopoly...Mono meaning ONE.

That wouldnt apply in a WELL MANAGED economy.
