ive heard that the trucking industry is also targeted for outsourcing to mexico.. this way the larger (long haul) american trucking companies can be based in mexico as well as the drivers where wages are cheaper. that is how the higher fuel prices will be offset, by paying cheaper wages to the drivers and office staff's in mexico.... it coincides with that test program to allow mexican truck drivers to go over 100 miles into the continental united states..before, mexican based semi-truck drivers could not drive much beyond the borders..
