Not sure Fed. On the WY site they have their A/S at 1,490,000,000 Common Par Value: $0.0001 I believe. For some reason all these pinkies always forget to update pinksheets...:( It should be required, or if found out a 10,000 dollar fine (which 5,000 will go to the finder of the infraction) and a 10 day trading suspension. Some simple reforms need to happen, that's all I know. I see that they have also change their name of of the past 3 years now, so they are either trying to find themselves, or just exist as some do to pump a new business, sell some stock lay low for awhile and repeat.....lol
