i also live in houston and met these guys at a technology conference. as i stated earlier on this board i have used the software for about 3 years. It has been a thing of beauty. very fast and efficient http://www.dovarri.com/compare-crm.html

they had issues when we set up initially because they were built on the .net framework which was 2 advanced for the operating systems and was only worked on the pro versions of windows. this is the rework and relaunch of a system that is masterfully designed and easy to learn.

I have seen the new product(have you). It is the most flexible product out there. for instance you have ten people in your office and they need to modify pages of dovarri to suit their individual needs. you simply cliCk (add a page) you click on the lay out you want(#coloums,headers,rows), pick from all the different web parts(thinGs like expence report, trouble ticket, add an account,compliance etc ) a-z. lets say you want a,c,f,l,and p. that page will populate with all those pieces and then you move them (drag and drop)where you want on that page. all are automaticaly integrated in to the system. and anybody with permission can do that.

this gives users unimaginable flexibility. you as a small or med biz (is shorting a biz)now have the same capibilities as a bank. each of your customers can access their own information on the web if you let them. purchase history, billing, scheduling what ever you want to give them access to(or nothing)

check this out, my customers will be able to order goods and services on line. a work order gets sent to the service department and scheduling automaticly. parts get ordered automaticly (i have to specify the parts on set up) based on the job requirments. and if it is merely a parts order the part order gets sent to the warehouse..once it is pulled an alert goes to accounting to bill it and an email gets sent to ups for pick up automaticaly.

how do you beat that....

my sales people are fully accountable. i see where each potential new customer is in the sales cycle. how much each job is worth when it is closed and i can forcast what i will need when those jobs close (that really helps us).

there is even a discovery page that allows my office person a way to qualify potential clients and give us an idea if they are going to buy( represented by a sliding scale 1-100%)

so by all means talk down the stock.

oh and my sales people use the current system and are dying to get started on the new product. we should be transitioning soon( i have to get everybody on my side up to speed etc)


so, that is why i love this stock... so where did your "feel" come from?
