Assesed property values have nothing to do with Sales prices.
Assesed property values are calculated by the Counties and used to calculate property tax owed. Sales prices are based on comparable sales and market conditions.


This morning you posted ADCS was trading for .07 per share on March 13 when it was trading well under a penny.

The assesed property value on my house is $200,000 less than the appraised value.
