GTC Biotherapeutics (fka GTCB)

Not quite a favorite, but

I have been watching Illumina for some time, and sort of wish I had gotten in before now. Doesn't really have the explosive possibilities of a baby pharmaceutical biotech, but I believe very good things will happen to them. I have not done ANY corporate due diligence, but I do know that both their hardware(genomic analyzers) and diposables (chips)are high quality, and the demand for both is skyrocketing. Worth looking.
