mick, here is a little to add to that previous post...

Company updates have came on 02-05, 02-15, 02-26, 03-11,and 03-28 of this year by the company as the share count has risen...

So far the issue has been addressed in a fairly straightforward manner not often seen in the lower priced companies in need of money...LJ
