Update from GBDX TA
As many of you know, I originally got involved with GBDX when a friend of mine who was hired by Alex Cherebkov (ex-GBDX CEO) and worked directly with him and the other GBDX execs. told me that Global Diamond was an exciting PINK company that was really making some headway in diamond sales. He knew nothing of a potential buyout back then but he thought that Alex was a "stand-up" guy and he was impressed with what the company was doing. He said he thought it would be a great buy at half a penny. Well, we all know that eventually a buyout/merger occurred and ownership was transfered. Since that time, nobody has had any information about what is really going on, who SIB is or what they might be doing. It is still anyone's guess.
I decided to try to find out what I could and managed to make contact with the GBDX TA. In our chat, I raised the fact that she was named in a Civil Complaint by the SEC. The point was also made that it would probably not be in her best interest to lead yet another group of investors astray with respect to lying or misleading them about GBDX. In that light, I asked the question, is SIB for real and have they been in contact with her. She responded to me "IN WRITING" that SIB exists and that the principals are in the process of completing a filing which she believed would be posted on the PINK SHEETS web site. She would not elaborate on exactly what would be filed but she lead me to believe that it would be a complete set of Financials. She also implied that she expected this to occur shortly.
I felt it was a positive sign and thought that many of you might appreciate being apprised of the T/A's comments. Especially, since any information is very tough to get regarding this stock. However, I caution you to consider the source and not to read too much into this. Hopefully, her comments will be confirmed with a company filing soon but until then it is still "Caveat Emptor".
