Those numbers are certainly doable! since the company has gone nationwide and is increasing the number of brokers working for them there is a strong possibility that they can reach those types of numbers.

consider as well that mortgage rates has been going down, many would want to refinance as well. we can also add the loans coming from foreclosures (their marketing agreement with Countrywide) sales.
