Alright, so far for April per the PR 4/21, 4.2M originated in April up to that date. This was accomplished with 35 brokers.

4.2M / 35 = $120,000 per broker/avg

Now.. We have 37 brokers... Just likely added another quarter million+ a month to the loan origination totals going forward.

Remember, year end goal is 200 brokers!!

All brokers are commission only, thus cash burn factor is VERY low. Only 5/42 are not commissioned. Office staff/Manager.
