I understand the concern and the explaination. My understanding, is that this corporate structure is required in order to comply with Nigerian regulations. Since they own the oil, they call the shots, to all companies they allow/award to work their fields or within their JDZ waters.

I dont care to dig any deeper into this complex structure. So long as its considered standard practice and our lawyers are happy with it then the SEC should be also and that keeps us all safe. I only wanted to clear up the American vs Nigerian status of our company.
