the pps will have a hard time breaking .003 while the Data Group is still selling.

if the company officers would match the shares being dumped by the Data Group with their buys then we will see it move up. 10 million shares (bought by the CEO and directors) vs 200 million shares (being dumped by the Data Group) is a big pressure to the down side. match it share for share then you'll see it move up. I don't even see why the CEO and directors wouldn't just do a private transaction in buying the shares from the Data Group instead of allowing the Data Group to dump the shares into the open market. since the CEO and the directors are buying anyway, they'd be better off just scooping the shares from the Data Group.
