the company fundamentals would look excellent if the company focus on reducing the A/S, do a buyback from company earnings (not just the directors), and retire shares being bought back.

just imagine the EPS after a reduction of the float through an actual company buyback. the time is right for them to buy back while the pps is down and retire shares to increase EPS.
