I don't think he's "jerking around" at all quasi....

as that email I posted states, he's just following the sec rules for the time the sec requires for a Proxy notification.

Megas has done whatever, by the book, that has been asked/DICTATED to him by the "gods" and he's not about to upset things now imo.

Bizz wise... who's to say what he's working on or accomplished? not like we're trading or anything and he has to have updates PR'd or anything.
