I see an SEC filing that NEOM made on 3/3/06 indicating that, as of 2/17/06, NEOM then owned 28,333,333 common shares of PUPS and that PUPS owed NEOM a debt of $1,365,000 (the footnote says the $1,365,000 figure "represents face value of notes payable from issuer to Neomedia").
