what makes you think, even though all the language says all of those terms happen upon execution of the agreement, that some of the terms didn't?

only the ticker change sounds like future tense to me..

what is the motive for the reverse merger,
if its not going to trade?

otherwise, they could have simply applied to trade as a new issue, with a new ticker, with no previous history.
why do a reverse merger at all then? its a whole lot cheaper
just to launch a new ticker, than it is to do a reverse merger process. the only advantage I see to a reverse merger is the liquidity provided by already being on the market.

maybe you are right. maybe the company went thru the reverse merger expense and process only to cease to exist in one day.
tell me why they would do that though? what is the benefit?
