It looks like you hit the nail on the head when you posted on Saturday.
The rumors were that the chain store operator, LinHua, would be accepting eCashPad transactions. The fact is that the company will only stock the eCashPad on its shelves.
The fact didn't live up to the rumor. The market saw through it and the price dropped.
I don't mean to knock the effort in China. It is progress. But ECNC's shareholders need to see cashpads distributed as promised at the shareholders meeting, not PRs about increased manufacturing capability and a retail outlet for eCashPads in China.
It sure looks like a ceiling that's way under $1 until the cashpads are distributed.
IMHO, despite all this, good days are ahead if ECNC makes good on the promise to distribute the cash pads. Absent that, short term, another drift downward. ... eom
