I have to reconsider the value of producing a milk protein, in milk. Imagine the posibilities if one were able to open up the gut to peptide absorbtion. It definitely happens in nature, the gila monster has an exocrine system that plays a role in metabolism. I think oral byetta could be realized by expression in goat milk.
