It seems to me that Chad and Peter are trying to do a 504 while giving up as few shares as possible to raise the money.

I can't complain about that, but is there some kind of time limit that they have for this?

Seems to me they want the best of both worlds. Slow leak a 504 while we keep raising the PPS so they can give up fewer shares.

If that's the case, we could sit here for a long, long, long time.
