I think Scott will just come out and say that they have a JV in place, however, I would prefer to see something to the effect of...we have 4 separate companies willing to JV with us on this property, and we are looking for the most profitable option...This thing is like a Playmate walking into an AARP convention, it is and will be getting lots of attention from the huge companies IMO.
