Financially people were much better off when Bill was president. I was to. But, because of the big tech bubble I think nomatter who would have been president at that time
(except George Bush) would have looked like a super star president. The tech bubble had alot to do with that.Bill just happened to be the right president at the right time

Would we even be talking about Hillary if her name was Hillary Simms or Hillary Johnson?
I don't think so and thats one of the things that keeps sticking in my mind.
