Sorry, AIM and the other trading methods don't interest me either. A board with an NAIC focus would be of interest to me. Unfortunately, for your purposes, I am neither chicken or egg, I don't have the time or energy to get one rolling. If you do start up an NAIC board you'll find me hanging there though. Anyway, you've got someone here who's much more capable of starting one than I am.
