Regarding Flotec, The more i read, the more i feel this company is extremely strong, and LMAO i may take some flak for this, but some may argue better than DDI core itself. That doesnt matter anymore because Flotec will now be apart of the DDI core after the financing is completed.
They have a very nice facility, getting big contracts already and Mr. Cook is stating doubling revs in 2008 and 2009.
This is incredible to be able to buy them, and gives DDI so much more crediblity IMO and puts us near the big leagues. Doing Revs next year of 50-100M and acquiring a company doing 50-100M could put us on watch for an uplisting to a bigger exchange above that of the AMEX
