Thanks much. It is going to be hard to figure out how the dilution will affect eps. Fast forward a year and we'll know.

Management is building this company the way Jerry Dumas built Flotek, imv.

Hanks opines this could be a 5-bagger, but I think more if they make more smart acquisitions like Flotation and the dilution does not get out of control, we could do better. I hope that they wait until the cash flow is substantial before they do another deal. Of course, I'm hard to please--don't like debt and don't like dilution unless we start from a base of only a few million shares.

I think we're ahead of the crowd in investing in microcap deepwater drilling companies. Right place at the right time.

You might have noticed that DPDW board has been on the "active board" list on the IH home page lately. Interest is building, it seems.
