There was a rumor that IM registered 800k shares to sell. I looked on Vicks and did not see it. I am not sure there are any restricted shares out there due to the new ruling this last Feb that only allows for 6 mos for shares to be restricted. My personal feeling is a rumor was started so the shorts would start shorting the stock before the board meeting. I believe someone wanted to show the board they control the price of the stock. Supposedly there has not been any shorting for a while. I definitely believe the mangement is not in control of the stock and until something is done - they are just sitting ducks. We need a change in management that the people in control of the price will stop shorting the stock. A truce needs to be called by making the needed concessions to please these people. I believe the only thing that will do it is a management change. Look at Norilsk Nickel a Russian company- NILSY.pk they have the best website of any company I have researched and it is a russian co. NNRI needs to have one like this one.
