If they did that , Tom would have to raise the A/S to 12 Billion shares in orders to accomedate all of the Preferreds / commons / debitures

That would make the current market cap increase by 12 X's !
That would be a Market Cap of over 80 million Dollars!!

Thank God for Preferred Shares , it helps hide the true numbers!
Think about it , who would buy into SWVC right now if the Market Cap was known to be over 80 Million Dollars?
