Why are there so many buyers at these low prices? If there were no buyers, with everyone tryin to sell, wouldn't the sp drop like a rock?
Are the buyers today short covers or longs buying on the dip?
One more point, I think your record is stuck also. You need to clear up that scratch, adjust the tone arm, or buy a new needle...IMHO
Have you noticed that this company is no longer a shell but now owns 50% of a subsidiary that is profitable?
You often ask how NNRF could have bought 50% of ATOLL for $5MM. Very simple. It is a growing company to the extent that earnings needed to go back into growth. Those shareholders were going to be able to take very little out in cash($241,000 in 07). Their dividends will increase along with NNRF's share plus the ATOLL shareholders received a lot of NNRF shares. Come to think of it, weren't those shares distributed over a year ago.
No longer a short position????? Are you kidding??? You know this gets shorted and covered almost every day.
