SEBL Brought Forward License with big discounts last two weeks of March, according to an ORCL poster

Siebel Systems beats by a penny (SEBL) 11.62 -0.23: Reports Q1 (Mar) earnings of $0.06 per share, $0.01 better than the Reuters Research consensus of $0.05; revenues fell 0.9% year/year to $329.9 mln vs the $330.3 mln consensus. Co reported license revenues for Q1 of $126.8 mln, co had preannounced lic revs of "approx $127 mln".
