PUPS DD from what I've gathered searching for info on IHUB and other sites such as pinksheets. I'll try to call the TA for myself tomorrow if I get time.

Outstanding Shares: 196,000,000 posted by Zardiw on ihub, I am assuming he called into the Transfer Agent
Float: I don't know. Based on the action the past 2 days not much imho as it moves very fast.
Current Market Cap based on Zardiw's O/S numbers: $588,000
If PUPS is a possible merger candidate things could get interesting here imho :)
With the current market cap of $588,000 any company of decent worth will raise the pps valuation up and up really fast imho
