You are one of the few who "gets it." All of the elements of the classic "con" are present...especially the Washington mail drop.
Every state requires that shareholders meetings take place. Cancellation of deminimus indebtedness for mega shares is the foundation. Virtually no presence in the U.S. except for the corporate "honks" and consultants on this site operating under ficticious names.
