I wonder how the company's employees will react to the news. This has been a family-run, local Maine business since its inception. DeepDown must have presented a compelling offer of synergy for Flotec to agree to a buyout. I want to hear Flotec's side of this story. Were there other offers? I'm sure there could have been, Flotec is profitable and well run. This is a huge win for management at DeepDown. IF they are successful in raising the capital to close the deal ;)

just dont like counting chickens before they've hatched. that way I dont wind up with egg on my face. This is still the OTCBB, after all.
