The Accum/Dist line is really only useful as a trend reference. I use it to help determine and support other divergences on the chart rather than use it as a stand alone indicator. The Accum/Dist indicator is a comparison of the price (open, close, high, and low) to the volume. Here's a link to a detailed explanation of how it works:
Ok, the chart shows that the stock is still struggling with that .0012 level break. It closed slight above it but no breakout. It's got to close significantly above it and it's got to happen on high volume. The rest of the chart is still ok overall. Volume does need to pick up to help things out.
