Profunds index and sector trading

We basically are at the 6-month mark before 3rd quarter numbers.
All i am getting is that 2nd quarter will in no way disappoint but 3rd quarter will distinctly disappoint.
I feel Smart Money is showing signals now about the future 6-months from now,imo.
Now for a Rally next week, dumb money need start rolling in.
Next week is likely decision week--is there enough dumb money out there???
Just saw a retail/consumer buying chartist on Bloomberg--- and consumer spending is now equal to levels going into 2000.
