You can also call Rep. Brent Yonts if you want to, he won't bite, and he does answer his phone, I've spoken to him 3 times already over time. As I told you my plan is to cotact him shortly, to coroborate what I was told, from a phone call I made,that the $625,000 "grant" from Muhlenberg is totally approved and will be in KFA's hands shortly. I will also be asking him about the $2.5 M state "grant" that was approved quite a while ago ( as was discussed here concerning the State Special Sessin in 2007 when HB1 was passed and approved through then Gov. Fletcher, and Congress), and got slowed down because of the change in Governors (by the way, Breshear is behind this all the way, as proff he didn't even sign Housr Bill 410 it was just approved and moved on immediately with dispatch), and the now Democrats in State Senate crying the poor-me's over the Budget. This is real and has a very very good chance of being dispursed. If you go back and read one of my current posts, I asked a question about the following and no one answered me, so I followed up myself. I got confirmded that Design/Engineering of Coal-To-Diesel Plant Documentation was turned into the State by KFA through an RFP quite a while ago. It included information from Shaw and Westinghouse Plasma. I have tried to get Shaw to discuss this with me, they absolutely will not, I was told the information was proprietery. So just as confirmation, obviously they are sitting on information it would seem.
This drama will play out over time. I hope when the 10Q comes out in 27 days, we will have a few more answers. My intent will be to call Mr. Herda at that time. I have a few more things to follow up on meanwile.
