i really like your laddring method and have incorporated it into my trading decisions though it may not always be apparent.

one thing of a diff subject i want to point out is that the NDX has held up insanely well compared to every other index out there. it will go up with the markets next week if they do indeed go up, but will lag in percentage terms. so you may want to consider using sectors for the scalp or even the RUT index.
